How it works
Every half hour of your day is checked against each person's working hours in their own zone. A start time works when the whole meeting sits inside the hours of everyone marked required, read generously by one half hour, so someone who works 9 to 17 still counts for a short meeting that starts at 17:00. Optional people are counted but never block a slot.
Working starts are ranked three ways: first by how many optional people can also make it, then by how close the meeting lands to the middle of everyone's day, so nobody gets the 6am slot when a 10am one exists, then by the earlier start. If no start works for everyone, the board shows the closest miss and names who would be up at what hour.
Daylight saving is worked out for the date you pick, using the zone rules your browser already carries. Move the date across late March or early November and watch a row shift while its neighbour stays put. Night shifts are fine: hours like 22:00 to 06:00 wrap past midnight.
The link button puts the whole setup in the address, so a colleague opens the same board. The board is also kept in this browser for next time. Nothing is sent anywhere; the only thing this page records is that a plan was made, and how many people were on it.
